In a matter of impression, the Washington Court of Appeals verified a high court’s rejection of a male’s demand that jurors use clear face guards rather of nontransparent face masks throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, identifying he had not been rejected his right to pick a neutral jury.
Chief Judge Lori K. Smith, on behalf of Department Among the state appellate court, rejected Justin Dominic Bell’s appeal of a high court’s rejection of his ask for jurors to use clear face guards, as the jurors using face masks had not rejected him of his right to pick a neutral jury.
