It was not so long ago that the budget discussions of the upper franconian district council really got down to business. With only two votes against, the budget for the year 2013 was unanimously approved by the CSU and SPD factions as well as the free voters. There were only criers on the part of the greens and the FDP, for whom the approved levy rate of 20.7 points was not high enough.
