How can I manually change the order of the accounts listed in the dropdown of the “From:” line when composing an email?
Details:
I manage more than 20 email accounts in my Mac Mail app, some of them also having several aliases. When I reply to an email, Mac Mail prefills the “From:” line with the current account. However I sometimes need to send the response from a different account. It’s very time consuming to search through the long list of “From:” email addresses and aliases until I find the correct one. I want to speed up the process by moving my TOP 3 “from” addresses to the top of the dropdown.
